My grandfather lives in a retirement community in Houston. He really enjoys the independent living in Houston and he’s made several new friends. He wasn't sure about living in a retirement community in Houston at first because he still wanted to be viewed as an Independent Senior in Houston. We tried to tell him that this community only provided independent living in the Houston area. He was surprised at how wonderful the independent living in Houston is at this facility. I feel a lot better knowing that he’s in a retirement community in Houston where he has a lot of activities and can still be the Independent Senior in Houston that he wants to be.
